This all depends on the venue and your plans for the day.  Usually, we arrive early on the day and set up the audio equipment discreetly in corners to the side of the room so it isn't obvious.  This will allow the music to span the whole room and not need to be loud.  Will set up what we can depending on what we agree with you and the venue.

We all know that music sets the mood at a wedding and this is why during the planning meeting, and it starts right from the arrival of your guests at your ceremony.  We will discuss what music you would like, and what tracks you would like to have during the ceremony showing you a great selection of different musical styles to suit wedding breakfasts perfectly.  We can play our piano covers that cover all from classical to modern artists.  We'll keep it at background levels throughout but start lifting the energy slightly towards the end so you and your guests unknowingly have a buzz about them ready for the evening reception.

The great thing about having us provide the music is that we can change it as soon as needed.  Unlike a live artist who only knows selected songs, we are not limited to being able to change from one style of music to another.

During the ceremony, we dissolve into the background but will be there to help direct your guests into the right places ready for you to arrive. We will see you before you walk down the aisle and will let gesture to the celebrant that you are ready to proceed. For the Wedding Breakfast, we will announce you into the room over our PA.  We can also make other announcements if you would like us to.  Sometimes these are conducted by the venues team or by your Master of Ceremonies.
